Overview:

A fast-growing SaaS company is looking to hire an ERP Integration Consultant to lead the integration of their platform with customer ERP systems — primarily NetSuite. This role sits at the intersection of finance, product, and technology, and is ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge, AP automation experience, and the ability to lead customer-facing integration projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during ERP integration projects

• Lead integration efforts with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

• Gather and translate customer requirements into technical specifications

• Configure workflows, APIs, and middleware tools to connect external systems

• Liaise between internal product/engineering teams and external finance/IT stakeholders

• Support testing, UAT, training, and go-live planning

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues post-deployment

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience working with NetSuite and other ERP systems in a functional or technical capacity

• Strong understanding of finance operations, especially AP workflows and automation tools

• Prior experience integrating with tools like Bill.com, Avalara, DocuSign, Rippling, etc.

• Comfortable leading customer-facing projects with minimal oversight

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
